Sat, 05 Jun 2010 14:44:39 +0000 http://wordpress.org/?v=2.9.2 en hourly 1 Oceanside Pier – Oceanside, CA http://www.mcginty.us/?p=123 http://www.mcginty.us/?p=123#comments Sat, 03 Oct 2009 16:09:39 +0000 admin http://www.mcginty.us/?p=123 After a long day at the Wild Animal Park, we stopped in Oceanside on the way home for dinner.   We ended up at the end of the Pier at Ruby’s diner.   If your in the mood for burgers, fries, milk shakes and a good view of the sunset, it can’t be beat.   If you’re looking for more upscale dining alternatives, there are several along the street right by the pier entrance.  This was definitely the longest pier I’ve been to (1,942 feet!).
